Salon Suite FAQs

We have 29 suites in all—19 downstairs and 10 upstairs.

Most suites are about 130–180 sq ft. Larger options go up to about 230 sq ft. We’ll help match size to your services on a tour.

Utilities and WiFi are included, along with access to client waiting areas, break rooms (refrigerator, microwave, complimentary washer/dryer), and other building amenities. Stylist suites include a styling chair and shampoo sink; all suites have hand sinks.

We have set business hours when the doors are unlocked, as well as access during non-business hours as provided to suite owners.

Each suite has an individual exhaust fan you can use as needed.

The upstairs includes a dedicated quieter area for services that need calm. Suite walls are well insulated and solid doors help keep surrounding noise down.

Yes—security cameras inside and outside the building (24-hour surveillance as marketed).

Yes, you may hire someone to assist you (subject to lease and licensing rules that apply to your business).

Yes—we have a few shared suites available.

Shared suites operating different businesses each require a signed lease under Bellevana. Ask us about the right structure on your tour.

Yes, within the approved colors we provide.

Suites have pre-wired connections in the center to hang a light or chandelier.

Asking rents vary by size, floor, and features. Current public openings and rates are confirmed with our team—availability changes. Inquire or book a tour.

Yes—utilities and WiFi are included as part of the Bellevana suite offering described on our site.

Hairstylists, barbers, estheticians, massage therapists, lash technicians, manicurists, and other related beauty/wellness professionals.

Yes—professionals are responsible for maintaining required Texas licenses for their services (commonly via TDLR and any other applicable board). Bellevana does not replace your obligation to stay compliant.

Plan on appropriate professional liability (and other coverages your advisor recommends). Proof of insurance may be required in the lease process; we’ll confirm details when you apply—this FAQ is not legal advice.

No. Suite owners operate independent businesses. Clients book with each pro directly via the directory.

Yes—comfortable waiting areas / lounge and lobby space are part of the building experience.

An Operations Manager is on site Monday–Friday.
